Landstar Hotels, LLC selected Paragon Project Resources to perform Program Management and Construction Management Services for the design and construction of a new Springhill Suites Hotel in El Paso, TX. The new five story hotel has 100 guestrooms, 2 elevators, 2 stairwells, fitness center, kitchen, main and guest laundry rooms, property is located one mile from the El Paso International Airport. The hotel started construction on October 2018 and was completed late August 2020 and started operating on September 2020.

Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting Station (ARFF)
Los Angeles International Airport, CA

The new Los Angeles Fire Department (LAFD) Aircraft Rescue and Firefighting (ARFF) facility at Los Angeles International Airport. The Station replaced a 25-year old building that no longer accommodated the size of today’s firefighting apparatus and materials, nor the increasing volume and nature of operations at LAX.

This 14-month long construction project included seven bays to house and maintain all the station’s rescue and firefighting vehicles and other large emergency-response equipment. There is ample living, administrative and training areas for 14 firefighters assigned to each 24-hour shift.  One of the bays has a hydraulic lift capable of raising 100,000-pound firefighting apparatus so that maintenance can be performed more quickly on site.
