Project Name: Fort Worth "T"-Trinity Railway Express Commuter Rail Project
Location: Fort Worth, Texas
Project Description: This project being completed by the Fort Worth Transportation Authority will extend from downtown Fort Worth to South Irving, a distance of about 25 miles. The commuter rail will operate primarily on existing tracks that run parallel and north of Interstate 30 and parallel and south of Highway 183.

The project will include extensive renovations to the Texas and Pacific (T&P) Building in downtown Fort Worth, several passenger stations between downtown Fort Worth and South Irving, a bus transfer center, graphics and signage, demolition, bridge construction, parking, site work, street paving and utilities, communication systems, refurbishment of rail cars, and fare vending machines, etc.

Once the project is complete, commuters will be able to travel by train from downtown Fort Worth to downtown Dallas.
Paragon's Role: As Prime Consultant, Paragon is providing contract administration services for the development of the expansive Trinity Railway Express Commuter Rail Project in Tarrant County as well as assisting in management of all phases of contracting, from bid solicitation through construction.
