Paragon was the Construction Manager for the Alameda Corridor Rapid Transit System for the City of El Paso. This project consisted of the construction of Rapid Transit System (RTS) Stations for the Alameda Corridor from the Downtown Transfer Center to the Mission Valley Transfer Center including the Five Points Transfer Center. The station work included construction of bus pads, platforms for the station canopies, station canopies with furniture, Wi-Fi, Colored LED illumination, foundations for ticket vending machines, installation of variable message signs, and construction of pylons signs.

Systems Engineering Support
Paragon was selected to provide Systems Engineering Support on an on-call basis under a five (5) year contract. Services include, but not limited to, development and preparation of contract drawings, specifications, and cost estimates, which includes material quality takeoffs, construction milestone schedules, and other construction contract documentation. Work also includes additions and renovations at bus and rail facilities as well as non-revenue facilities.
T-REX (Transportation Expansion Program)

Paragon provided Engineering Design, Construction Inspection and CADD Services for the T-REX program. This project involved system-wide electrical design for 18 train stations, which included over 20 miles of track throughout the existing Southwest Corridor, Central Corridor, and Central Platte Valley Rail Lines. System elements included raceways for TES, signals communications, duct banks, troughs, manholes, handholes, stub-ups, power drops and power distribution panel, and other misc. systems.
