Project Name: Spur 502

Project Description: This project involved the widening of a two-lane section of Spur 502 from U.S. 259, south of FM 1844 to a 4-lane divided urban highway with a continuous left-turn lane.
Paragon's Role: As Design Consultant, Paragon provided design and preparation of plans, specifications and estimates (PS&E) for the widening of a two lane section of Spur 502 in the City of Longview in Gregg County from U.S. 259, south to 0.9 mile south of FM 1844. The completed roadway will become a 4-lane divided urban highway with a continuous left-turn lane. The total project length is approximately 2 miles. Paragon provided design services for Traffic Control Plans (TCP) and Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SW3P) as sub-consultant to Earth Tech.
