Project Name: Consolidated Rent-A-Car Facility
Location: DFW International Airport, Texas
Project Description: This project involves construction of a new two-level, and approximately two million square foot Rent-A-Car facility at DFW International Airport. This facility consists of a common building, which houses each participating rental car companies counter spaces. The facility also includes separate maintenance and staging facilities for each of the participating rental companies, called Exclusive Use Areas (EUA). Each EUA consists of fueling, car wash, and maintenance areas as well as parking areas for the employee's, and separate parking area for the rental cars.

Site roads and bridges were constructed to allow the rental car companies to ferry vehicles to their respective EUA and to the common building for rental. Four Bridges were also constructed at International Parkway to allow public as well as Airport buses to the rental areas of the common building.

In addition, a Bus Maintenance Facility was constructed for use by DFW International Airport. The facility is used to maintain the buses that service the rental car facility. Approximately forty buses operate from this facility.
Paragon's Role: As Prime Consultant, Paragon provided full time, on-site quality assurance services for a new two-level, and approximately two million square foot Rent-A-Car facility at DFW International Airport. Paragon served as Construction Representatives for the DFW International Airport Development Department providing personnel for oversight of all phases of the project, including site civil, electrical and mechanical, site paving, structure erection, and facility finish-out.
